    1964 MAGIC WAND CORP. & AMERICAN CHARACTER INC. "TINY TEARS PAPER DOLL" WITH ROCK-A-BYE CRADLE
    I have been working on liquidating my late sisters collections and many of you who
    have been following my listings and I wish to THANK YOU, ALL!!

    SEARCHING THROUGH ALL OF HER INTERESTING FINDS! I'd like you to meet the TINY TEARS
    .  This is a set that was made by the MAGIC WAND CORPORATION OF CHARLESTOWN, MASSACHUSETTS IN 1964.  By using the included MAGIC WAND the clothes for the paper dolls 'just touch with the wand and the clothes stay on'.  So sorry, there is no longer one of the Magic Wands in the box.  This is a VERY UNIQUE  SET as not only does it have TINY TEARS but also included a cardboard cradle to assemble and use as a bed for Tiny Tears.  The clothing for the paper doll originally had a stickiness on the back of the clothing and accessories but most of the pieces are no longer 'sticky'.  The Tiny Tears paper doll is 8 3/4 inches tall.  There is some residue on the doll that is probably the sticky clothing backing that has been left on the doll.  I have not tried, but that possibly will wash away.  The cradle is complete and at one time did have tape on the upper canopy of the cradle.  The canopy is still intact but may need some support added.  All of the clothing and accessories for the doll have been cut out.   The Box has only minor wear to it with and one split corner, a taped tear on one side of the lid and a small piece of paper missing on the top of the lid.  This is set #112 :100
