For sale is a small booklet/menu that was produced for a meeting on September 17, 1970 in conjunction with Rotary World Understanding Week. This particular meeting took place in Angola and included Lieutenant Colonel Camilo Rebocho Vaz who served as High Commissioner and Governor-General of the Province of Angola between October 27, 1966 and 1971, and from 1971 to October 1972 , with the same post in what became known as the "State of Angola."
Booklet covers show some light wear and creasing. Text is Portuguese.
