book’s size is approximately 7 1/4 X 15 1/2 inches.
The top and right side of the book have a scalloped edge.

As an adult collector, my paper dolls have been stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room in my house.

The paper dolls and clothes pages are in overall
MINT
condition.
Nothing has been punched out. The front/back covers have very minimal shelf wear.
There is a small paper scrape near the top edge of the front cover.
