Description
Adele's little sister, named Betty by readers, and her garden was featured in the August of 1912 issue of Delineator Magazine. For some reason this one is VERY hard to find. These are Carolyn Chester's Round based Paper Dolls, created to stand on their own and show front and back features. Even the fence can be used to create Betty's garden. BEAUTIFUL art went into all of these!!! This is the original paper doll from the 1912 magazine. I show close ups so that you can see the detail and the still vivid colors. I don't think any photos can do justice to this. The condition is excellent but there is a slight edge tear. This was purchased from an antique's shop in North Carolina. All of the paper dolls that I offer are from estates, from other homes and eBay. I do not know the type of storage history. My collection is kept in a smoke/pet/people free area of my home. with a dehumidifier running 24/7.
I only ship to the USA Because of the size of the sheet and it needs to be shipped flat, I had to increase my shipping cost of this item a little for additional materials.
