HTF Vintage 4.5” Rotary International Sword shaped Letter Opener club gold vtg

Hard to find. Says Rotary International. Looks like maybe a letter opener.
Roughy 4.5 inches long.
There is an unfortunate ding in the metal on the hilt, and the blade has the slightest hint of movement from the hilt, so I don’t know if I’d recommend using it to open letters.
