Tour de France cycling jacket - All Leaders Jerseys

Hello, I'm selling a Tour de France All Jerseys Winner combination jacket. This is like a wind jacket/wind breaker type jacket. It's unlined and thin, but not as thin as a road cycling gilet/jacket, a bit heavier, but not by much. This jacket has a hood and a "drop tail" as well. I wore this a few times while riding around town, never wore it on a proper road ride. I got it more because I thought it was a cool piece of history, didn't really buy it for serious riding.
I'm not sure when or where I picked it up, bought it new through an online dealer, think it's a remake of the 80s jerseys when they used them in the race. I bought this a few years back, so it's not 80s vintage.
I've included measurements in the photo. If it helps, I'm about 5'8" and 145 pounds with a 37.75" chest and a 32.25" waist and a 25" arm. There are unfortunately NO TAGS in the jacket, so I cannot tell you the size. I also don't recall what size it was listed as when I bought it. I'm a medium in most U.S. jacket/shirt sizes. However, cycling sizes are all over the place. For example, I'm a Large in Castelli for jacket. Please check your measurements against the ones I've provided and ask more questions if you have them.
