VTG PAPER DOLL GREETING CARD MOUSE HOUSE AM GREETINGS ORIGINAL ENVELOPE RARE!!!

This sweet mouse house card is by American Greetings and likely done in the 1980's.  It measures 10 1/2 inches x 7 1/4 inches and the original price was .  The card features 5 panels that pop out with furniture.  The original envelope does show some wear and states that extra postage is required due to the heavy weight of the card.  There is some lifting on the last panel of the punch out items but all is still attached to the card.  This is not occasion specific and can be sent at any time or added to your paper doll greeting card collection.
My paper doll collection is purchased from estates, other collectors and on eBay.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is kept in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke back then, I have a poor sense of smell at my age and that could linger without my knowledge.  I welcome any questions that you might have.
